Chef In Casa

Built for kitchens that make fresh pasta a commitment, the IPS750 Chef In Casa by Imperia delivers professional-grade performance in a compact footprint. With a powerful 230 V motor and rugged design, it can produce up to 6 kg of pasta per hour, with each 2.5 kg batch efficiently kneaded and extruded.

Made in Italy, this countertop machine combines an anodised aluminium structure with stainless‑steel rollers and dough-contact components — built to meet the demands of daily service. Adjustable speed settings and interchangeable brass or bronze dies (57 mm diameter) offer versatility — from silky tagliatelle and delicate sheets to thicker shapes like casarecce or paccheri.

The IPS750 isn’t just tough — it’s trusted. Reddit users and professional chefs often cite Imperia machines as “the gold standard… used in some of the best restaurants in the world,” applauding their sturdy build and consistent results.

Why it works in hospitality:

• High output rate (6 kg/h) for daily fresh pasta needs
• Robust construction built for commercial use
• Consistent, user-friendly performance with simple controls and reliable tooling
• Compact size fits comfortably in busy kitchens without sacrificing output

For any venue serious about serving homemade pasta — restaurants, hotels, or caterers — the IPS750 Chef In Casa thrives under pressure, day in and day out.
