Pasta Machines

The IPS035 is a professional electric pasta machine built for kitchens where fresh pasta is a daily essential. With a robust motor and steel construction, it produces up to 12 kg of pasta sheets per hour, making it ideal for restaurants, hotels, and catering.

Its 220 mm stainless steel rollers adjust up to 5 mm thickness, handling everything from lasagna to tagliatelle. A steady 45 rpm speed ensures even dough forming, while the compact footprint saves valuable counter space.

Made in Italy with a chromed steel body and smooth, easy-clean rollers, the IPS035 combines durability, precision, and consistent output — delivering reliable pasta production shift after shift.

Built for kitchens that make fresh pasta a commitment, the IPS750 Chef In Casa by Imperia delivers professional-grade performance in a compact footprint. With a powerful 230 V motor and rugged design, it can produce up to 6 kg of pasta per hour, with each 2.5 kg batch efficiently kneaded and extruded.

Made in Italy, this countertop machine combines an anodised aluminium structure with stainless‑steel rollers and dough-contact components — built to meet the demands of daily service. Adjustable speed settings and interchangeable brass or bronze dies (57 mm diameter) offer versatility — from silky tagliatelle and delicate sheets to thicker shapes like casarecce or paccheri.

The IPS750 isn’t just tough — it’s trusted. Reddit users and professional chefs often cite Imperia machines as “the gold standard… used in some of the best restaurants in the world,” applauding their sturdy build and consistent results.
