Trade accounts and payment

Approved trade customers can access trade pricing through their authorised online account. Approval for trade pricing does not automatically establish a credit account.

Unless we have approved a credit account, payment is required before dispatch.

For approved credit accounts, payment is due by the 20th day of the month following the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers who have signed our Account Application and Terms & Conditions of Trade remain subject to that agreement, including its applicable payment, overdue account, security and guarantee provisions. These website terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it. If there is an inconsistency concerning an approved credit account, the separately agreed account terms prevail to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
